Refund and Return Policies
General Terms and Conditions GetTested offers a wide range of health analyses to individuals and companies. We collaborate with several subcontractors specializing in medical laboratory operations for the analysis of samples.

To order our analyses, you must be at least 18 years old; individuals under the age of 18 need parental consent. GetTested is not a substitute for traditional healthcare. In case of any problems, you should always contact a healthcare professional. By placing your order, you accept our terms of purchase.
Test results
You will receive your test result digitally via the login you created when you registered your test. The response time varies for different analyzes, information on how long the response time your analysis takes can be found on the product page. You as a customer are responsible for registering your unique test ID in order to receive your analysis answer. Your analysis answers are sent encrypted with ID verification for maximum security.
Shipping and delivery terms
Shipping will be added with up to EUR 4.
Our products are sent to the address you specified when ordering. You as a customer are responsible for providing correct address information when ordering. If you have not received your delivery within 10 working days, please contact us at hello@gettested.io and we will help you.
Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in EUR including VAT.
Payment is made by card payment via the payment provider Stripe, which accepts VISA, Mastercard or AMEX.
Right of withdrawal
As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period begins from the day you receive your order, as stated in the tracking link provided in your delivery confirmation email.
Lab Test: The right of withdrawal only applies if the test has not been sent to the laboratory for analysis and the test kit, including the prepaid return envelope, is unused. The test must be returned complete, with all components in their original condition.
Rapid Test: The right of withdrawal only applies if the test is unused and the packaging is unopened.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at hello@gettested.us or via the chat on our website for further instructions. If the test is not returned complete and in its original condition, we reserve the right to deduct an amount equivalent to the material cost from your refund.
If your right of withdrawal is approved, we will issue your refund within 30 days from the date the order was delivered, as confirmed by the tracking link. Shipping and return costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.
Used Lab Test – Partial Refund If you have used your lab test but wish to cancel the purchase afterwards, we will charge a fee of EUR 14 for the test kit and EUR 4 for shipping (total EUR 18), which will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of test materials.
Marked as Delivered but Not Received If your order is marked as delivered according to tracking but you did not receive the package, you must contact us within 5 days. Unfortunately, we cannot take any action after this period, and a new order would need to be placed by you as the customer.
Additional Test Materials If Needed Please follow the enclosed instructions carefully. If you still need additional materials to complete your test, you can order them separately in our webshop. We have reduced our prices to offer you the best terms on the market, and unfortunately, we cannot send additional materials free of charge.
Complaint
If the item you received is damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact hello@gettested.io as soon as possible and we will help you.
We ask you to follow the instructions carefully. Should you unexpectedly need more material to perform your test, please contact hello@gettested.io.
In the event of a dispute, we follow the General Complaints Board’s recommendations.
How do I return a labtest?
To return a lab test, please follow the flow via the chatbot in the bottom corner of the website. Select “Return” and then “Lab Test.” You will then be asked to submit information including the Test ID, which can be found on the code card in the test kit (format XXXXX-XXXX).
Once we have received your return request, we will process a refund excluding the shipping cost. The money will be transferred to the account used for payment, and it usually takes 2–3 business days for the funds to appear. In some cases, it may take up to 10 days depending on your bank and payment method.
How do I return a rapid test?
To return a rapid test, please follow the flow via the chatbot in the bottom corner of the website. Select “Return” and then “Rapid Test.” You will then be asked to submit, among other things, a photo of the test kit and your order number.
Once we have received your return request, we will send you instructions on how to return the test to us. When we have received the return, a refund will be processed, excluding the shipping cost. The money will be transferred to the account used for payment, and it usually takes 2–3 business days for the funds to appear, though it may take up to 10 days depending on your bank and payment method.
Customer Integrity
The personal information you provide in connection with your purchase is stored so that we can fulfill our agreement on services or products towards you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If you have chosen to receive our newsletters, we will also process your personal data in order to send you information about our business.

GetTested reserves the right to make any price changes and is not responsible for any errors that may be attributable to a laboratory used for sampling and analysis.
